Dengue fever is an endemic disease which affects millions every year. Most affected county is Brazil, where it caused hundreds of deaths. This virus is transmitted by the mosquito species, Aedes aegypti, which carries it to longer distances. Fever is caused by arbovirus which has more than 4 strains reported and it affects people of all ages. This mosquito is more prevalent in the tropical conditions having high humid conditions. After the infection is over, the patient may enjoy short or long term immunity. More than 75% of the people are mildly affected and more than 60 to 90 million people are affected every year. The dengue fever is also called as the break-bone fever or dandy fever.
